If you are staying at the Official CEO Hotel, the Rosen Shingle Creek, it is also the venue!
The Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center is one long hallway between the two Ballrooms CEO takes place in. If you’re coming from the hotel lobby through the food court, turn left at the Rotunda to our Main Hall Gatlin and you’ll see the registration office on the left!
Badge pickup schedule (You may pick up your badge anytime over the weekend during registration hours if you can’t make early badge pickup on Thursday 8/13)
Please plan to pick up your badge at least one hour before your first scheduled pool time to avoid disqualification from bracket. You can pick up your badges anytime over the weekend, does not have to be on Thursday/Friday etc.
If you do not have a tournament pool until Saturday morning, you can arrive anytime Friday or Saturday before your pool to pick up your badge.
Lost badges will not be replaced and a new badge must be purchased.

Our official Artist Alley & Exhibitor hours inside of the main Hall are Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pm. Some artists may stay open a little later at their discretion.
We have over 50 featured artists this year, so be sure to check out their artwork and show your support.

This year we’ll have multiple rooms for TCGs and Tabletop fun with your friends!
We’re working with versus-games.com and Prodigy Games to host various TCGs throughout the weekend!

We’ll also have a 24 hour open table top area inside of Jebaileyworld (Panzacola ballroom) with tables and chairs ready for players to bring in anything they want to play with their friends.

All registration will go through Start.gg. Players will be able to register for any side event *only till 1 hour before they begin*. Please coordinate with each side event organizer if you have any questions.

Gatlin Foyer – Here you’ll find Registration, The Popcorn Baron, Wild Bill’s Soda as well as Food & Concessions for attendees to sit down, relax and grab a quick bite or drink between games.
Command Center & Admin – Here’s where all the magic of brackets and running the tournaments in the main hall happen.Lost and Found is also located here.
