CEO 2026 returns for its 2nd year to the luxurious Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Fl! The RSC Resort is just 12 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and minutes from Orlando’s theme parks.
The resort has everything you need on site to have an vacation filled weekend during your CEO stay.
Full schedule will be posted closer to the start of the event. Please note, Official tournaments may start as early as August 14th 12 Noon Eastern Time: Please plan your trip accordingly. Final pool schedules will be posted after registration closes.
Official tournament registration ends on August 2nd. Spectator badges are still able to be purchase, even on site!
There will be no on site registration for official tournaments this year. Spectator passes may still be available on site via weekend badges or single day tickets while supplies last.

No. Please keep it outside in designated areas.
No outside food or drinks are allowed, but you are welcome to bring in bottled water. Rosen Shingle Creek provides refillable water stations as well as many places to purchase drinks throughout the weekend to stay hydrated.
Yes! CEO will feature a wide range of community activities ranging from an arcade, to cosplay contests, to special events, and so much more!

You need to be 13 years or older with a guardian present. If you are younger than 13, we will need your parents to sign some paperwork for you to play as well as if you place in the top 8 of the tournament.
Children 12 and under are free to spectate the event with an adult ticket purchase.
CEO events require competitors to supply their own controller for any tournaments they enter. This means you’ll need to bring an arcade stick, wired console pad controller, or inventive keyboard contraption compatible with the console your tournament is scheduled to appear on.
Newer titles may need the newwest controller/stick fireware to play. If you are unable to update, we suggest picking up a usb Brooks Converter before the event to easily plug-in & play: https://www.brookaccessory.com/PS%20Converters/list.html
MCO is the nearest major airport, located less than 15 minutes from Rosen Shingle Creek. Consider booking early to secure the best prices on flights.
Services like Uber and Lyft are available at MCO and will take you directly to the Rosen Shingle Creek.

Driving to CEO 2026, it’s more convenient than ever as the Rosen Shingle Creek is an exit off of the 528 Highway.

We highly suggest carpooling with friends if you are local as the parking lot may become full at peak times.
