At CEO 2025, participants and attendees can expect to witness some of the best competitors from around the globe, making it an unparalleled gathering in the world of fighting games. With its new venue, diverse array of FGC titles, and top-tier competition, CEO 2025 promises to be an unforgettable experience for anyone passionate about fighting games.

TOURNAMENT POOLS

Brand New CEO Venue Experience
  • Venue:

  • We are so excited to experience this venue with all of you for our first year here together. This is a world class hotel and we expect everyone to be on their best behavior!
  • If you are staying at the Official CEO Hotel, the Rosen Shingle Creek, it is also the venue!
  • Parking at the Rosen Shingle Creek is a Discounted $16 per day all-inclusive for CEO attendees, and is a discounted rate redeemed by telling the parking attendant that I’m attending CEO.
  • More information about the venue & hotel can be found here.
  • If you are staying at our official back up hotel the Universal Stella Nova, you can exit the hotel and simply walk left down Universal Blvd to get to the venue.
  • Join the discord for uber rides/share from other attendees under discord.gg/ceogamng in the hotel-travel-venue channel.
  • No outside Food or Drinks allowed in the venue area that aren’t purchased within the Hotel and Venue’s grounds. 
  • Please have your badge on at ALL Times. We have security checks at each Ballroom throughout the weekend as well as 24/7 Additional Security throughout the venue. Please contact any staff if you see anything suspicious.
  • The venue will have Food concessions available in front of Gatlin Ballroom throughout the weekend for quick bites as well as a plethora of restaurants and a 24 hour Convenience cafe.

When/Where is My Tournament Pool?
  • The event schedule and floor plan are available above. 
  • #CEO2025 Competitors! Official Tournament Prelim Pools are now Public on https://shorturl.at/bjP8T You have until this Monday night (6/9) at 11:59 PM EDT to submit any feedback requests through here.
  • Official Tournament Pools will be Final by Thursday and available at https://start.gg/ceo
  • Please plan to show up to your pool 10 minutes early and check-in with the person running your bracket at your pool location.
  • To find exactly where your pool station is, every game will have Station Numbers, so if you are in Street Fighter 6 A1, you’ll look for Station Sign 1 inside of Tournament Hall( Venue Map has where each official game will be located) and report there for your bracket 10 minutes before its start time.
    • Please try to stay near your pool until you are done competing.
    • If you need to step away for any reason, please inform the person running your bracket.
  • If you are disqualified for not showing up to your bracket or leaving during, there won’t be anything we can do afterwards.

Badge Pick Up
  • The Rosen Shingle Creek Convention Center one long hallway between the two Ballrooms CEO takes place in. If you’re coming from the hotel lobby through the food court, turn left at the Rotunda to our Main Hall Gatlin and you’ll see the registration office on the left!
    • Standard badges for registered players and spectators.
    • Contributor Badges (If you pre-ordered the $10 option to have your name on badge), volunteers, media and exhibitors.
    • You’ll need a PHOTO ID to collect your badge. Children 12 and under are free with a paid guardian/parent pass.
    • If you Pre-ordered any of the Official CEO Merch through registration you will receive it when picking up your badge.
    • For players that entered any Capcom Fighting Game Tournament (SF6, CvS2, 3rd Strike, Super Turbo or UMvC3 will receive a gift.
  • While Player Reg for official tournaments are closed, we will have on site spectator badges for $50 Single Day Badge, $100 for the weekend ($90 if you buy come Saturday and want two days).
  • Badge pickup schedule (You may pick up your badge anytime over the weekend if you can’t make early badge pickup on Thursday 6/11)
    • Thursday 3pm-9pm
    • Friday 9am-9pm
    • Saturday 9am-8pm
    • Sunday 9am-6pm
  • Please plan to pick up your badge at least one hour before your first scheduled pool time to avoid disqualification from bracket. You can pick up your badges anytime over the weekend, does not have to be on Thursday/Friday etc.
  • If you do not have a tournament pool until Saturday morning, you can arrive anytime Friday or Saturday before your pool to pick up your badge.
  • Lost badges will not be replaced and a new badge must be purchased.
Table Top Gaming And TCG is bigger than ever at CEO 2025!
  • This year we’ll have multiple rooms for TCGs and Tabletop fun with your friends!
  • We’re working with versus-games.com and Prodigy Games to host various TCGs throughout the weekend!

We’ll also have a 24 hour open table top area inside of Jebaileyworld ( Panzacola ballroom) with tables and chairs ready for players to bring in anything they want to play with their friends.

Exhibitors and Artist Alley
  • Our official Artist Alley & Exhibitor hours inside of the main Hall are Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pm. Some artists may stay open a little later at their discretion.
  • We have over 40 featured artists this year, so be sure to check out their artwork and show your support.
  • Our Wonderful Sponsors and Exhibitor booths helping make CEO 2025 happen! We’ve broken down every booth at CEO at the bottom of this page with a venue map guide.
24 Hr Jebaileyworld Freeplay Arcade and Community Events

All registration will go through startgg. Players will be able to register for any side event *only till 1 hour before they begin*. Please coordinate with each side event organizer if you have any questions.

What’s on the Line and Top 8 Entrances
  • This year we have over 20+ tournaments taking place throughout the weekend with all Official Game Champions taking home a Custom CEO Championship Belt!
  • Finalists will receive a Customized Gold Championship Medals and Prize Money.
  • Please be prepared to fill in any appropriate paperwork for prize money.
  • While Official Tournament registration is closed, you can still sign up for one of our Community Events on start.gg/ceoce.

Breaking down the Venue Map! If this is your first time at our NEW Orlando venue or you attended before, here’s what you can expect at CEO 2025!

Main Tournament Hall (Gatlin Ballroom)

Please wear your badge at all times, you will not be allowed into our Main Ballrooms without your badge.

Command Center & Admin: Here’s where all the magic of brackets and running the tournaments in the main hall happen. If you have any questions, concerns or general assistance, please stop by the Command Center throughout the weekend.

Artist Alley A1-J8: All of your favorite FGC artists are here spread throughout our main tournament ballroom! Be sure to stop by and check all of them out throughout the weekend!. 

JebaileyWorld (PANZACOLA Ballroom)

This year is our biggest Side events room ever! With over 40,000 sq ft of nonstop gaming and fun throughout the weekend inside of this 24 hour ballroom starting Friday until Sunday night.

TNS Karaoke: A fan and crowd favorite (no matter how bad the singer is), join us Friday and Saturday Night to sing away your sorrows from drowning in pools. 

CEO Indie Showcase: New this year is our Indie Game area with local talented developers showcasing their latest creations.

CEO Arcade: This is our biggest Arcade machine offering ever! This is also where our official 3rd Strike and Super Turbo Brackets will be run up until top 8!

Project Storm: Is back and better than ever. You can find their Full Schedule here. Also be sure to stop by Pokébun Crafts on Saturday selling handmade video game-themed accessories, plushies, and crocheted items.

Open Table Top and TCG: Want to sit down with your friends and play board games/TCGs and more. These tables are open to anyone and everyone looking to play their favorite non video game games. Also be sure to check out ouf official TCG Card Game Room hosted by Versus Games and Prodigy Games in Butler ballroom across from our Main Ballroom.

General Event Rules
  • Bring your own controllers, tournament legal converters, fight stick, or any peripheral needed to play your tournament matches.
    All tournaments on PlayStation 5 will have Bluetooth Mode OFF. Players are responsible for their own working USB Cables.
  • Make sure to delete previous Bluetooth devices on the PS4 PRO console you play your tournament matches on so you don’t get interrupted during your match.
  • For Smash, please make sure to desync your pro controllers after your match.
  • Please be respectful of other attendees and follow directions given by the CEO and Hotel  staff.
  • NO OUTSIDE FOOD or ALCOHOL is allowed. Drinks such as water and soda are fine, just please keep them away from the consoles.
  • There is NO SMOKING and NO VAPING inside of the venue.
  • We have hired a full security team for the safety and comfort of our attendees along with bag checks. Please don’t hesitate to report anything suspicious to the Hotel and CEO staff.
  • Please be hygienic for the comfort of everyone. If you sweat through all of your clothes, feel free to buy more CEO t-shirts at the Gaming Gen merch booth to get you through the weekend!
