First, I want to thank everyone for the incredible response to the launch of #CEO2021 registration. While everyone is excited to get back to offline events, it’s unprecedented for us to see 2500 attendees register within the first 24 hours. With attendee safety being a priority, we do have a player cap for #CEO2021. Keeping in mind the space we have, while attempting to meet the player demand, we will be raising the cap for each game. After this increase in player cap is reached, #CEO2021 will officially be a sold out event. 

The following will be our final number of players allowed per game. Please be aware, for the benefit of player safety and raising our caps, any of our Official 10 games can start as early as 12 NOON EST (UTC-5) on Friday, December 3rd.

Knowing our tournament numbers ahead of time gives us the ability to finalize a schedule earlier than normal for you though. Please note: Some setups may have to be rotated between days to accommodate each tournament while we get through pools. This may impact casual play stations during pool play. We hope to have a set schedule for the weekend by October including Finals for each game.

We will be re opening registration with the new caps on Sunday, June 27th at 12 NOON Eastern Daylight Time (UTC-5) at smash.gg/ceo2021. 

For players that are already registered, you will be able to add a game when the cap raises until the final cap is reached. If you wish to remove yourself from a game but keep your registration for another, please email us as well so that this can potentially open spots for other players to compete in their respective games.

We will not honor any requests to transfer tournament spots to other players for any reason.

You must add a game (while available) and submit a request, separately, to ceogaming@gmail.com to remove a previously entered game by August 1st, 2021. Only full refund requests minus the processing fee will be honored after that until November 1st. 

As refunds are requested and processed leading up to the event, those entries will be open again, to the public, on a weekly basis. We are currently closing registration for games while we process any refunds until we raise the players caps on June 27th.

For spectators, we will be adding two hundred additional badges as we get closer to the event so please stay tuned for that.
