Spectators may not compete in official tournaments but have access to all of the venue space.
To Compete in any official tournaments players must purchase a Competitor badge for CEO 2026.

Spectators are able to enjoy everything the CEO 2026 event has to offer. Spectators can enter COMMUNITY SIDE EVENTS

Single day spectator passes may be purchased for $50 per person at our registration desk.
Children 12 and under are free with a paying adult badge or single day pass.
Players under the age of 18 will need their parent’s or guardian’s written permission to compete in any of our official tournaments. For any questions please email ceogaming@gmail.com.
All official tournament competitors must register before the close of Late Registration on August 2nd 11:59 pm EST. There is no on-site Competitor registration for CEO 2026 Official tournaments as listed on start.gg/ceo.
Badges can be purchased via start.gg/CEO. You can find out more about badge types and read our badge specific FAQ at https://ceogaming.org/badges/.
Only 12-year-olds and under get a free pass with a paying adult pass. 13–17-year-olds need a guardian/parent present is recommended
All CEO weekend badges come with a Lanyard, badge, access to the venue space which includes artist alley/vendors,24 hour arcade and more!
All attendees must register and purchase their badge individually on start.gg/ceo. Parents looking to register Competitors under the age of 13, or groups looking to purchase Spectator badges in bulk, should email ceogaming@gmail.com directly.
• CEO Gaming has a very customer friendly refund policy due to current events.
• We will continue to honor refund requests by emailing ceogaming@gmail.com with the subject CEO Refund Request + your start.gg registration name and info.
• Refund requests submitted by March 1st, 2026 will be refunded minus 10% from the total.
• Requests submitted between March 2nd and July 20th, 2026 will receive a partial refund (Total amount minus 25% including processing fee).
• Start.gg Platform fees are non refundable.
• There will be no refunds after July 20th 2026, as we will have ordered event materials to make CEO 2025 another great event.
• CEO Gaming is not responsible for any hotel or travel costs.

• Please Note, we may allow badge transfers for competitors but must be contacted before August 1st, 2026 to do so through ceogaming@gmail.com.
We recommend flying into Orlando International Airport (MCO) which is less than 15 minutes from the venue. CEO 2026 has discounted room blocks at the Rosen Shingle Creek.

CEO 2026’s tournament finals and special exhibitions are hosted across multiple stages presentation stages. Seating for these stages is first-come, first-served. If you have special ADA requirements please email ceogaming@gmail.com at least 3 weeks prior to the event and we will support as best able.
