The first CEO Dreamland event is in the books and I just wanted to say along with all of our staff that we had a great time hosting the event for the community. CEO Dreamland 2017 Event Guide

Welcome everyone to CEO Dreamland, our first ever tournament event dedicated to all things Super Smash Bros. and Multiplayer Brawlers. We have attendees coming from over 40 States and 10 Countries to compete and have fun with other passionate fans at the Wyndham Orlando Resort! This Guide will help you make the most of the event in case you’re curious when and where to be or what’s happening all weekend. The important Stuff! How can I get to the venue (Wyndham Orlando Resort, 8001 International Dr. Orlando, FL 32819)? The best option we’ve found is a MEARS shuttle for $21 each way to the Wyndham. MEARS motor shuttle is located on level 1 of the airport. Sharing a cab if you have multiple people is an option, on average the cab ride to the Wyndham is about $50-$60 each way. Uber can also pick up now from the airport but only the more expensive Uber XL option. Badge Pickup: We will have a badge pickup line for registered players and spectators in front of the Palms Ballroom Main Entrance all weekend. Please pick up your badge at least one hour before your scheduled start time if you are competing. Spectator passes are still available in front of the Palms ballroom entrance. They are $15 for a single day wristband or $30 for a weekend lanyard and badge while supplies last. We accept Cash or Card. REGISTER HOTEL RULES ARTIST ALLEY SCHEDULE CEO Dreamland Registration is now LIVE! CEO Dreamland takes place at the Wyndham Orlando Resort on April 14-16 in Orlando, Florida. For more information on the venue please visit the hotel information page here. The registration fee, also called the venue fee, is a one-time cost that every player must pay when entering any number of tournaments or coming to play games casually in the bring-your-own-console area.  Entering one tournament, or six, still only costs you the venue fee one time. The venue fee goes toward paying for the event hall, production, badges, equipment and other costs, while the tournament fees themselves go 100% directly into the prize pool for each game. You must be at least 13 years of age to compete in any official tournaments. All badges include access to the entire venue for the weekend. Spectators receive the same access but may not enter any official tournaments. Please keep in mind that official tournaments may start as early as Friday April 14th at Noon EST. Doubles are planned to kick off Dreamland weekend on Friday at Noon, If Singles tournaments exceed over 512 entrants in a game, Singles pools may start as early as Friday Afternoon at Noon otherwise they will begin on Saturday April 15th at 10 am with Finals on Sunday April 16th. GENERAL RULES FOR CEO events All Games will be played on default settings, unless otherwise noted below All Tournament Matches are 2/3 Games unless otherwise noted under their particular rulesets.  Winners, Losers and Grand Finals for All games are 3/5! All Games are run in Double Elimination style, Larger turnouts will be split up into Pool Play with Double Elimination Rules until a Semifinals such as top 32/16 are whittled down to Top 8 For Finals All Macros available via the in-game controller configuration menu are allowed, Example- Tekken Mapping LP+RP to R1 Accidentally pausing the game at any time during a match may force you to forfeit the round (Solely at judge’s discretion if there is a player dispute). If you choose Random Select to pick a character and win the match, you must Random Select your character again You MUST provide your own controller for the events when competing. You must bring your own converters, Cronus and Chronus Max Wireless converters are BANNED. Brook Converters are legal and allowed. We have tested them ourselves without any issues.
