The Road to The Road to CEO 2013 Begins This September with 3 Scheduled Bi-Monthly Events. After a Successful CEO 2012 with over 1600 Attendees I can never forget my roots as an organizer which started out with small local events that have grown with nearly 300 people attending each one. So without Delay, here is the List of upcoming Set Events:

And CEO Winterfest on January 26th 2013 at HOWARD JOHNSON PLAZA ALTAMONTE SPRINGS ORLANDO NORTH

ONLINE Pre-Reg will be cut off Wednesday September 26th. Check in and same day signups will start 11 am on Saturday September 29th.

You can Book a Hotel Room at the Hotel Venue for 69.00 plus tax per night and subject to availability by calling the hotel directly at: 407-862-4455. Please let them know to inform the front desk staff that they are with the CEO Gaming Group.
Cash Prizes with nothing taken from the Pot entries- Less than 50 people will be a 60/30/10 Split. More than 50 in a tourney will be 60/20/10/5/5 Split.
Signups and Checkins For each game End 15 minutes before the start time. If any tourney has more than 32 Entrants they will be split into 2-4 Pools evenly spread out then cut to a top 4 or 8 Final Bracket.
Schedule is Listed Next to each game and is subject to change but most Likely won't.
Doors Open at 10 AM Saturday for casuals/setup. Registration and Check in starts at 11:30 am, First Tournament at 1 pm SHARP. Signups will be closed 15 minutes before each game's start time listed in the schedule below:
7 OFFICIAL Games And Schedule are listed below for September 29th with at least 16 Pre-Regs each are as follows:
Persona 4 Arena PS3 1PM
AE2012 XBOX 360 2 PM
MK 9 PS3 2 PM Invicibility Glitch and whatever else is discovered in the next week that's game breaking is Banned. MK Komplete will be the version of the game played.
KOF XIII XBOX 3 PM DLC chars allowed
Tekken Tag Tournament 2 PS3 4 PM (DLC Chars Banned until Publicly Available to everyone(No Angel/Ancient Ogre/Kunimitsu or Michelle allowed)/Solo Mode is ALLOWED- A player can repick their team at character select if their opponent chooses a Solo Team. Winners keep their Solo or Team Characters after a game win.) TTT2 Format is 3/5 Rounds and 2/3 Games to advance.
UMvC3 XBOX 360 5 PM 3/5 Games to advance
DOA5(System will be decided early next week) 6 PM
Every game will have at Least Final 4 streamed on www.twitch.tv/ceogaming as the final 4 are decided throughout the day. Goal is to finish this event before 10-11 pm.
RULES Are Standard for every Game with Detailed Rules or game specific rules listed above.
Double Elimination 2/3 With Only Grand Finals being 3/5. Winners/Losers Finals will be 2/3. Winner keeps same character, loser may Switch Character/etc.

Some Important Things to Note:
-I actually have to open up my work office in the morning but will arrive to the venue before 12:30 pm. Until then and throughout the day Michael Schuman and Jarrod Klarkhan will be in charge or registration and setup starting from 10am. JT Barber is in full control of the stream and commentary selection of commentators.
-With so many Popular games out currently there is no time to include everything, if you wanted to see one of the latest fighting games please bring a setup yourself for the casual area and you can post up on the Facebook Group page to gather interest https://www.facebook.com/events/388446914551648/?ref=ts
-This is a Bring Your Own Controller event, Delaying any match waiting on a stick for more than 5 minutes will end up in a Loss of your Match, Please come Prepared.
Full Liquor Bar 5 ft from the ballroom door at the Why Not Lounge.
Open from 4pm-2am. 21 and up with ID can go in to buy drinks.
2 things to keep in mind, No outside food or drinks in the ballroom at all. And The Bar is off limits from 8pm-10pm Saturday because of their live comedy show and it's distracting to the Comics when we go in and out.
- I am Also aware that September 29th is also the Same Weekend as Season's Beatings Ascension in Ohio. I was unaware that they would for the first time be in September and Not October so the scheduling conflict was purely an accident(I tried to change my date after the fact but can't due to signed contract and the venue not being available in October at all. I highly suggest you attend SB:a If you can as the level of competition there will be great. CEO Monthlies are a special event and celebration for all those in Florida that wish to attend and come together with everyone else.
