CEO 2017 is a 3-day Fighting Game Community Convention & tournament series held annually in June. With ever increasing attendance every year, CEO has become one of the most attended fighting game events in the world. In 2016 we had nearly 5,000 attendees from over 47 US States and 27 Countries from around the world. This year space is limited so be sure to register early before the event sells out. Why should you attend? 11 Official tournaments: CEO 2017 Features 11 of the biggest and brightest community games today. CEO receives some of the best Developer support yearly so stay tuned for major announcements. Grandest Stage of them all inside the CEO Ring: CEO 2017 Features a Wrestling ring stage with Top 8 Music Entrances for players to showcase their personality. Winners will receive Gold Championship Title Belts. Celebrity Appearances: In 2016, CEO was visited by WWE Superstar Xavier Woods and Kenny Omega from New Japan World Wrestling. Join the CEO 2017 Volunteer Staff

Want to be a part of the Community Effort Orlando 2017 Staff? Read on! Thanks to the Community, CEO is able to grow every year while running a great event together. Please fill out the form below if you are willing to help with tournament pools/brackets throughout the weekend. All Judges accepted will have access to the Staff Room with Free Lunch on Friday/Saturday at 12 Noon and Dinner at 6 PM. Drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the weekend in the staff room. You’ll also be receiving a Judge’s Only Shirt for free. You will also be allowed into the ballroom 30 minutes early on Sunday for seating in a designated section that will be opened up for attendees right after. There will be a mandatory Staff Meeting on Friday Morning June 16th at 10 AM if you can not make it on Thursday(Ballroom setup begins at 4 PM Thursday) to help with Setup. If you wish to compete in the Tournaments you still need to register like everyone else, however anyone that wishes to just volunteer without entering anything will receive a free Spectator’s badge for the weekend. REGISTER HOTEL RULES ARTIST ALLEY SCHEDULE CEO Dreamland Registration is now LIVE! CEO Dreamland takes place at the Wyndham Orlando Resort on April 14-16 in Orlando, Florida. For more information on the venue please visit the hotel information page here. The registration fee, also called the venue fee, is a one-time cost that every player must pay when entering any number of tournaments or coming to play games casually in the bring-your-own-console area.  Entering one tournament, or six, still only costs you the venue fee one time. The venue fee goes toward paying for the event hall, production, badges, equipment and other costs, while the tournament fees themselves go 100% directly into the prize pool for each game. You must be at least 13 years of age to compete in any official tournaments. All badges include access to the entire venue for the weekend. Spectators receive the same access but may not enter any official tournaments. Please keep in mind that official tournaments may start as early as Friday April 14th at Noon EST. Doubles are planned to kick off Dreamland weekend on Friday at Noon, If Singles tournaments exceed over 512 entrants in a game, Singles pools may start as early as Friday Afternoon at Noon otherwise they will begin on Saturday April 15th at 10 am with Finals on Sunday April 16th. A Final Schedule will be posted after Registration closes April 2nd. GENERAL RULES FOR CEO events All Games will be played on default settings, unless otherwise noted below All Tournament Matches are 2/3 Games unless otherwise noted under their particular rulesets.  Winners, Losers and Grand Finals for All games are 3/5! All Games are run in Double Elimination style, Larger turnouts will be split up into Pool Play with Double Elimination Rules until a Semifinals such as top 32/16 are whittled down to Top 8 For Finals All Macros available via the in-game controller configuration menu are allowed, Example- Tekken Mapping LP+RP to R1 Accidentally pausing the game at any time during a match may force you to forfeit the round (Solely at judge’s discretion if there is a player dispute). If you choose Random Select to pick a character and win the match, you must Random Select your character again You MUST provide your own controller for the events when competing. You must bring your own converters, Cronus and Chronus Max Wireless converters are BANNED. Brook Converters are legal and allowed. We have tested them ourselves without any issues.
